About the Director
Dr. Simrat, a counseling psychologist and educator, has dedicated her career to psychology and enhancing lives. With expertise, compassion, and a commitment to excellence, she impacts counseling psychology and academia. Her two bestselling books on Amazon attest to her influence.
Specializing in human behavior, emotions, and mental processes, Dr. Simrat supports individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationships, career shifts, and trauma. Her empathetic approach fosters a safe environment for clients to express themselves and pursue growth.
Dr. Simrat's integrative therapeutic style combines evidence-based techniques like cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness, psychodynamic, and solution-focused approaches. She collaborates with clients to explore strengths, challenge negative thoughts, and develop coping mechanisms.
