Hey there!
I'm Khushi, you can also call me Yuma. I'm an Associate Psychologist at IIPT and proud to be part of the core team. Currently, I'm pursuing my Master's in Psychology with a specialization in Organizational Behavior. My academic journey is driven by a deep curiosity about human behavior in the workplace and the dynamics of organizational structures.I believe that understanding the intricacies of human psychology is essential for creating positive environments and fostering individual and organizational growth.

In addition to my work in psychology, I am also an artist at heart. I love painting and drawing, finding joy in shaping and sculpting my creations. My artistic pursuits extend to 2D animation, though my academic commitments have limited my practice time. I strive to infuse creativity into various aspects of my life, including clothing, style, and my surroundings.

Before embarking on my journey in psychology, I explored philosophy. This experience was profoundly impactful, enriching me with logic and ethics, and fostering personal growth.
