For workshops/training programs
- Reserved seat is non-refundable and non-transferable for all workshops/training programs.
- 50% refund will be initiated if the request by the individual is made 10 days prior to the commencement of the program.
- 25% refund will be initiated if the request by the individual is made 5 days prior to the commencement of the program.
- No cancellation or refund will be entertained after this period.
- Applicants can also request to shift to the next batch, 10 days before the commencement of the program.

For consultations
1. By the clients:
- Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any charges.
- Cancellations made before the 24 hours of the appointment time are subject to cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the consultation fee.
- Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged the full consultation fee.
- Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the appointment by the client are not eligible for the refund.
- If the client wants to reschedule the appointment, then the rescheduled date should be within the next two days after the actual appointment date.
2. By the consultant:
In the event that the consultant needs to cancel or reschedule the appointment, the client will be offered an option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive full refund of any pre-paid fees.
Refund process
1. Clients must submit a refund request in writing to contact number or email address. The request should include the client’s name, appointment date and time, reason for the refund request, and any supporting documentation if applicable.
2. Refunds will be processed within 2 days from the date of request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used by the client.
